An experienced business leader with over 25 years’ experience bringing commercially viable new technologies to market, Richard is highly respected by staff and clients for his commitment to creating innovation within customer communications.
Richard believes that in depth understanding of the latest trends and innovations in the market is crucial to build deep engagement with clients. This knowledge and belief is reflected in the successful solutions designed and delivered by the in-house team of experts he has brought together at Zipform Digital.
Andrea Candy
Head of Growth & Customer Relationships
As one of Perth’s most respected and experienced marketing and communications professionals with over 25 years’ experience, Andrea is Head of Growth and Customer Relationships for Zipform Digital. She leads a team of highly driven Account Managers and Customer Service representatives, who together with our Solutions team, form the fabric of the support we provide to our clients.
Andrea specialises in understanding the rapidly changing digital landscape in Australia that Zipform Digital clients are navigating, and genuinely strives to understand their business, challenges and the demands they have in delivering value to their customers whilst also achieving growth targets.
Neil Hunt
Digital Solutions Manager
As the Digital Solutions Manager at Zipform Digital, Neil brings more than 20 years’ experience in the development and engineering of software solutions to the benefit of our national clients. His passion lies in managing world class development teams and translating business requirements into functional technology tools that deliver real value for our clients.
With a background as a primary solutions architect and developer, Neil enjoys the challenge of a varied national client base, in addition to managing the entire software development life cycle to provide the best value possible for Zipform Digital clients.
Tony Mott

With many years of technical advisory experience across several industries within Australia and the United Kingdom, Tony has been with Zipform Digital since 2014, working in partnership with local and state government clients across Australia.
With an intimate knowledge of local government and the unique challenges they face, Tony has successfully implemented a range of proven solutions to a number of clients, including data management, archive solutions and software development. He understands the need for transparency, risk minimisation, reliability, cost reductions and delivering rate payer value.

Having been a highly experienced Business Consultant with Zipform Digital since 2012, Richard now works alongside colleagues and clients around Australia as Product Owner, ensuring that they benefit from the significant value the cutting-edge digital technologies offered by Zipform Digital can deliver for them.
Richard is driven by a genuine desire to help drive value for all stakeholders, whether internal or external. He works closely with our Solutions team, designing best in class digital solutions to deliver improved customer engagement and reduce operational costs.
Stacey Garner
Account Manager - WA
Stacey is an experienced account manager with over 10 years industry experience working with a diverse group of clients. She brings a focused, professional and thoughtful approach to customer service and providing solutions for her clients.
She has great appreciation for marketing and enjoys both working alongside creatives; and aiding in the execution of creative concepts. With extensive experience in event management, Stacey brings the key qualities needed for high profile events to her interactions with clients. These include attention to detail, problem solving and overcoming obstacles, to support clients in achieving their business objectives.
Stephanie Brown
Account Manager
Stephanie is an experienced account manager with a diverse background in sales, photography, and account management. Her extensive international experience, particularly in the customer communications industry, gives Stephanie the edge in determining business needs and helping design bespoke solutions for clients.
She believes that a consultative approach produces valuable insights and tailored solutions to achieve client’s business objectives, as she takes the time to understand each client’s unique challenges, goals, and market position. On the home front, Stephanie is passionate about photography, with this passion for visual storytelling instilling in her a sense of curiosity and attention to detail that she brings to her client’s business.
Tim Holroyd

Based in Melbourne, Tim has extensive experience providing Business Process Outsourcing, Customer Communications Management and data services for gas and power retailers, finance, banking and insurance sectors, and telecommunications. Having spent more than 20 years building skills in areas such as Application Development, Change Management, Process Management and digital transformation – Tim brings a passion for solving client challenges to Zipform Digital.
With Business and Project Management qualifications and on the ground experience with complex implementations and managed solutions, Tim aims to channel the strengths of Zipform Digital into high quality solution proposals which ensure return on investment and successful outcomes for our clients on the East Coast of Australia.
Alexis Williams
Customer Service Manager
As Customer Service Manager, Alexis leads a team of high performing account coordinators at Zipform Digital with a strong focus on bringing resilience and positivity into account management. She believes in understanding all aspects of a problem or challenge before making key decisions and brings this approach to finding the right solution for her clients, whether it’s a process improvement or new training for her team.
