Meet the New Energy Behind Zipform Digital’s Account Team

Kiralee Rothe joined Zipform Digital as an Account Coordinator in May and has already made her mark. Her enthusiasm, fresh approach and willingness to learn, shines through in every interaction with clients and colleagues. We sat down with Kiralee to get a glimpse into her typical day.
What’s the first thing you do every day when you get to work?
After putting my bag down, I start with a cup of tea or coffee – caffeine is essential! Then I log in, check my emails and review my current jobs, making sure to action anything that needs my immediate attention.
What does a normal day look like for you?
My typical day involves a lot of communication – as you’d expect at a customer communications business! I’m usually answering questions from clients, following up on artwork or data and letting clients know how their jobs are tracking.
I’ll check the Scheduling online chat forum regularly for any updates from our Programming or Production teams, to make sure I’m on top of anything they need from me. Most days I also check in with our Account Managers to discuss current and future jobs, so I can be on top of any scheduling requirements.
In between all this, I’m working on quotes, submitting artwork changes to our graphic designer, or having a quick catch up with someone. Every day is a mix of problem-solving, coordinating projects, and keeping everything on track — no two days are the same.
How do you manage your work/life balance?
Right now, I’ve found work-life balance manageable. I’m able to keep work and home life separate, though that may change as my role evolves.
